KTM Australia has revealed local pricing for the redesigned 2024 Duke family, which will arrive Down Under as the brand celebrates 30 years of its street bike range.
The 2024 Duke range will include the 390 Duke, the 990 Duke, the 1390 Super Duke R, and the 1390 Super Duke Evo. All four models were recently introduced to media at the international press launch in Spain.
Pricing for the entry-level 2024 KTM 390 Duke will start from $8695 ride away. The LAMS-approved model has been completely overhauled with a new engine, new frame, new electronics, and a larger airbox.
Also completely new is the 2024 KTM 990 Duke, which will hit local shores with a price tag of $20,090 ride away. The Austrian firm claims the 990 is 96 per cent new compared to the 890 Duke.
The flagship 2024 KTM 1390 Super Duke R has also been updated significantly from the previous 1290 version, with pricing to begin at $31,795 ride away. The new “Beast” sees updates across the whole bike, with the big addition to the engine being the new “cam shift” function.
In addition to the standard 1390 Super Duke R, there is also an Evo version, which adds intuitive WP Semi-Active Suspension Technology (SAT) and gives users more adjustability. That bike will start at $34,695 ride away.
Both 1390 models are also compatible with a long list of electronic features, but many of these must be purchased as individual options or as part of what KTM calls “packs”.
The “Track” pack starts $832 and includes launch control, MTC spin adjustment, engine map selector, factory start, performance mode, track mode, anti-wheelie mode, a laptimer and telemetry.
Meanwhile, the “Tech” pack starts at $2000 and includes all the “Track” pack features, as well as motor slip regulation, quickshift, adaptive brake light, Suspension Pro, and engine brake control.
All four models are expected to arrive in Australia over the next couple of months. The bikesales team attended the international launch and will have reviews on the new bikes very soon.
