KTM has announced the 2027 450 Rally Replica, the latest version of the brand’s competition-focused rally machine, with extremely limited numbers allocated to Australia and New Zealand.
The model is a close derivative of KTM’s factory rally bike and is aimed at riders seeking a ready-to-race platform for rally competition or long-distance off-road events. KTM says development continues to be informed directly by its Dakar Rally program, where versions of the bike have contributed to multiple overall wins since 2020.
Global production is capped at just over 100 units for 2027.

The 450 Rally Replica continues to use a fuel-injected 450cc SOHC single-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed gearbox and a Brembo hydraulic clutch. A titanium Akrapovic exhaust system remains standard equipment.
The model carries over KTM’s hydro-formed and hand-welded steel frame, designed to offer a balance of flexibility and stability. WP PRO suspension, fully adjustable at both ends, remains part of the package.
Rally-specific components include dual radiators, CNC-machined triple clamps with a 23mm offset, aluminium tapered handlebars, wide footpegs and a carbon-fibre navigation tower capable of supporting a digital roadbook and LED lighting. Fuel capacity is listed at 34.5 litres across three tanks.

Bodywork and ergonomics are designed to accommodate extended periods of riding both seated and standing, with a focus on stability, protection from the elements and ease of movement.
KTM has not yet confirmed Australian pricing or delivery timing, but the model will be available in limited quantities through authorised dealers.
