Between now and the end of March, Honda is offering reduced recommended retail prices on three of its side-by-side vehicles (SSVs) as well as two of its all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).
Until March 31, 2019, would-be owners will receive $500 off the price of Honda's 999cc parallel-twin Pioneer 1000-3, while the smaller Pioneer 700-2 and Pioneer 500 both benefit from a $250 price reduction.

In the ATV line-up, the TRX500FM2 and TRX420TMI have both had their prices dropped by $250 under the New Year Deals promotion.
The ATV and SSV market experienced a slump in new vehicle sales during 2018, registering a 13.7 per cent decline compared to the same period the year before. Honda's results mimicked the ATV and SSV industry, with the Japanese manufacturer's new vehicle sales down over 17 per cent in 2018 compared to 2017.

Of the six brands represented in the local figures compiled by the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries, all but one experienced a decline, with BRP Australia the only marque to register growth (albeit miniscule, at just 0.3 per cent).
