In the midst of a recovering by still relatively weak motorcycle market, there are many positives, particularly for consumers. As motorcycle importers look to boost sales and get more buyers into showrooms, more and more special deals are being done, and the latest cab off the rank is Triumph.
Triumph Motorcycles Australia has announced that it will extend its special offer that gives buyers of every Rocket Touring a handy $2000 worth of genuine Triumph accessories and clothing, and it is also cutting prices on its Bonneville SE A1.
The special deal for the Rocket Touring III was supposed to end on March 31, 2010, but Triumph Motorcycles has extended the deal "until stocks last".
If you hadn't heard, Triumph's Rocket Touring III model is a hugely powerful machine, motivated by a large 2294cc inline three-cylinder fuel-injected engine, which cranks out an ungodly 203Nm of torque at just 2000rpm.
Triumph is also doing deals on its Bonneville SE A1, with a neat and tidy $1000 saving off its normal retail price.
The high-spec 'SE' A1 gets things like more detailed instrumentation with the addition of a tachometer, brushed alloy engine casings and a chrome tank badge. Interestingly the $1000 saving is only available with Triumph 'SE' A1 Bonneville's finished in the Jet Black colour scheme, and the special offer is available "whilst stocks last".
