Triumph tourer spied

Triumph's touring version of the Rocket III has been unwrapped on UK Motorcyclenews.com, with a series of snaps of a pre-production machine

The bike differs significantly from the Rocket, with tank-mounted instruments, altered (lengthened) frame, panniers, windscreen, crashbars, a single headlight instead of the Rocket's twin set-up, and new wheels. Its rear tyre appears to be narrower and the upside-down fork has been swapped for a more conventional item.

Expect to see it on sale in Europe by the end of the year.
