UK Motorcycle News has managed to get some snaps of the final production version of the Triumph Rocket III Touring, revealing it shares much of its general style and features with Harley-Davidson's Road King.
The 2.3 litre British triple runs a large windscreen, top-loading panniers, footboards for the pillion, and a rear tyre that is much narrower than the cruiser's fat 240 section. The latter should do much to improve the steering.
This may not be the last we see of the tourer theme however, as rumours persist that the company is also working on an upmarket GoldWing competitor.
