Taking inspiration from the Milwaukee firm’s long and storied competition history, the Apex paint scheme is designed to evoke the thrill of speed and competition.
The new colourway uses a Vivid Black paint as a base and then adds Gauntlet Grey panels and Jet Fire Orange accents, making for a flashy, yet traditional look and feel. It also features a graphic outline on the tank which mimics the tank of the legendary XR750 flat track motorcycle.
Harley-Davidson is offering the Apex paint scheme globally as a factory-installed option for the remainder of the 2022 model ordering period. The paint is applied in-house at Harley-Davidson York Vehicle Assembly and Harley-Davidson Tomahawk Operations.
In addition, H-D will offer Tour-Pak luggage carriers and custom front fenders painted to match the Apex colour scheme.
