As part of its 70th anniversary celebrations, Vespa Australia has made its three most popular models available in the special-edition 70th anniversary livery which was unveiled at Intermot.
The two-stroke PX150, the Primavera 150 and the GTS 300 will all be the beneficiaries of the celebratory Azzurro (Italian for 'blue') colour scheme, all of which have just been released to the Australian market.
The one-off anniversary treatment includes the light blue paint and grey wheels which hark back to many of the 18 million scooters Vespa has produced over the last seven decades.
There's also a logo-embossed brown seat with beige piping, a chrome rack complete with a colour-matched retro-styled leather bag and a chromed logo mounted on the inside of the leg shield.
Each model represents a different segment of the Italian brand: the four-speed manual PX 150 is a nod to the 70-year history; the Primavera is significant as it's the firm's newest model; while the GTS 300 is Vespa's largest capacity and most technologically advanced scooter to date.
