Famous American motorcycle fettling house Roland Sands Design (RSD) has deployed its latest take on the Harley-Davidson Sportster XL Nightster, which was built for the Tony Hawk Foundation to be auctioned off.
Presenting a pared-back, minimal design, the RSD custom motorcycle has a tough demeanour thanks to several modifications, such as the RSD tracker exhaust, turbine air cleaner and sporty café seat, the latter made by Mustang.
The belt drive has been retained and Moto foot pegs and tracker grips have been swapped in, along with Boss Wheels.
Together with a touch of satin gunmetal paint, the end result is a much tougher, more menacing look for the Harley-Davidson Sportster XL.
The bike was auctioned off in Las Vegas for the Tony Hawk Foundation, with the fund raising proceeds going towards building skate parks in low socio-economic areas of the USA. According to the foundation, Tony Hawk has opened more the 400 skate parks in the last decade.
