MV Agusta unveils Brutale 800 America

Just 50 to be produced, the model paying homage to the classic America range of the 1970s

MV Agusta has unveiled its latest stunning limited-edition model, with production of the Brutale 800 America to be limited to just 50 examples.

Based on the new three-cylinder Brutale 800, the Brutale 800 America takes its styling cue from the MV's America range and features a striking metallic blue and red paint scheme. The bike's tank features a star motif on the tank like the one found on the 1973 MV Agusta 750 S, while 'America Special Edition' logos adorn the rear guard and side radiator panel.

The red seat features gilt stitching to complement the finish of the tank, the triple clamp is laser-etched with each bike's production number, and every Brutale 800 America comes with a framed certificate of authenticity.

While MV Agusta hasn't announced pricing for the super-exclusive machine, the model will make its public debut at Round 8 of the World Superbike Championship, to be held at California's Laguna Seca circuit over July 7 to 9.

MV Agusta has made quite a name for itself for its limited-edition models lately, most recently with its Reparto Corse models like the Turismo Veloce RC and the F3 RC.
