Ducati special edition models generally become highly desirable collector’s items, and the latest example is a celebration of Italy’s national sports teams.
But if you plan on getting one, you’ll have to wait until they pop up on the second-hand market, because all 163 units are already accounted for.
The Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia was unveiled at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) headquarters in Rome, and is complete in a striking Azzurro (blue) livery that replicates the same colour used by Italy’s sporting teams.
Francesco Bagnaia, Enea Bastianini, and the Ducati Lenovo Team used the livery in 2024 when they triumphed at Mugello.
Only 163 units have been built, which each one numbered and signed by Bagnaia. Other exclusive features include carbon fibre rims, a dry clutch, race braking system with 338.5mm discs, and Brembo GP4 Sport Production calipers. Ducati claims that the Tricolore Italia is the first production bike to be equipped with the Front Brake Pro+ front braking system.
Each bike comes in a special custom box and includes a certificate of authenticity, a dedicated cover, and a personalised key. Owners can also complete their purchase with a limited-edition race suit made of kangaroo leather.
The base of the Tricolore Italia is the latest generation Panigale V4 S that debuted during the World Ducati Week in late 2024.
