Justin Bieber teams up with Vespa

What do you mean?

Justin Bieber is teaming up with scooter brand Vespa to produce a special-edition model which will be revealed in February 2022.

The global pop icon and the historic Italian brand are an unlikely match at first glance, but a shared taste in style, sports, music, and youth culture makes this a sensible collaboration. Biebs is known to be a motorcycle enthusiast and has been spotted riding Vespas in the past.

“My fans know how much I love sports: skateboarding, hockey, basketball, BMX. I’ve always been drawn to that mix of style, grace and speed,” said Bieber. “I’m excited to put my spin on the iconic Italian design of Vespa.”

Hailing from Canada, Bieber first rose to prominence in 2008 when he was spotted by a record company executive on YouTube. Bieber, now 27, overcame the struggles of teen stardom to establish himself as one of the most recognisable pop stars in the world.

Vespa, meanwhile, is no stranger to unique and quirky collaborations. The iconic brand recently teamed up with fashion giant Dior to produce a limited-edition 946 scooter that has an eye-watering price tag of $36,000 ride away.

The Vespa x Bieber collaboration will be unveiled in 2022. Stay tuned Beliebers.
