HOG 2012 Calendar

The worldwide Harley Owners Group has released its 2012 calendar of events, and for intrepid travellers there's plenty to see.

The season opener for Harley-Davidson owners was in New Zealand, then the official HOG manifesto makes its way to South Africa and visits Mexico, the USA, Costa Rica, Qatar, Italy, Morocco, Austria, Jordan, Japan, Ireland, Hungary, Portugal, Germany, Norway, the list goes on.

The Australian ride is on October 19, 20 and 21, and is called HOG Rally Australia. Australian and New Zealander Harley-Davidson owners can check out HOG website for more details on the Harley Owners Group.

Another hot ticket is always the Sturgis motorcycle rally, one of the oldest and most prestigious events on both the Harley and general motorcycle calendar in early August.

It's a long list, and there are rumours that some owners manage to get to nearly all of the rides in the one year...

All self-respecting Harley-Davidson riders should also Keep June 25 free in their diary too, because it's the Million Mile Monday event, which was a huge success in 2011.
