Diehard Harley Owners Group members and general fans of Harley-Davidson alike are set to unite in their passion at the inaugural Harley Days event, set to take place in and around Wollongong over October 28 to 30.
Set to attract thousands of Harley fans from all over the country, the event will kick off with a HOG-members-only concert on the Friday, when the crowds will revel to a packed schedule of entertainment including the likes of Ross Wilson & The Peaceniks, Ash Grunwald, the Screamin' Eagles and The Zombies.
Saturday will see the event's epicentre, Wollongong's Stuart Park, open to the general public, allowing everyone to enjoy a smorgasbord of live entertainment including Saturday night's headline act, Hot Dub Time Machine.
Harley Days will also be the first time Aussies will get a chance to inspect Harley's new 2017 Touring Range, which was unveiled recently in Washington State, USA.
A BMX Stunt Show will serve up plenty of thrills while attendees will also have an opportunity to enjoy guided rides of the surrounding region, a celebrity charity bike wash, a Custom Bike Show, a Show and Shine, and the ever-popular Thunder Run.
This year's Thunder Run will ride through Wollongong on the Sunday morning, and is expected to attract over 1400 motorcyclists.
One lucky punter will get more than they bargained for simply by buying a commemorative Harley Days pin – namely a new Harley-Davidson Dyna Low Rider S – while registering for a Friday HOG ticket puts you in the draw for a Route 66 riding holiday worth $20,000.
