Too good to ride? That could be one way to look at this custom show bike built by Danish mob Wrenchmonkees.
Destined for a club in Copenhagen as a decoration, the Harley-Davidson Sportster 'Club Black' custom appears to be based on a 1967 H-D Sportster XLH, with a number of modifications lending it a somewhat dark aesthetic.
Showing off a range of Wrenchmonkee-made custom parts, including the tank, seat and seatcowl, handlebars, exhaust and of course the dark paint work, the Black Sportster also boasts raked out front forks.
Both wheel rims are spoked and shod with Firestone Deluxe tyres, adding to the classic look, measuring 19-inches in diameter at the front and 16-inches at the rear.
Tarozzi footpegs are also in use, and are perhaps the only aspect that looks somewhat out of place.
Built as a show bike and not meant to be ridden, Wrenchmonkees Club Black Harley-Davidson Sportser is nevertheless another neat example of how motorcycle tuners from around the world are approaching new projects. Though Denmark isn't the first place most people think of when it comes to customising classic motorcycles, this particular example shows attention to detail.
