The ever-expanding CFMOTO has teased a new high-end sportsbike in the form of a concept called the SR Vision, ahead of a likely 2022 release.
While the Chinese company has provided virtually no detail on the new machine, the photos reveal that the CFMOTO SR Vision concept is equipped with premium components such as a twin SC Project exhaust system, Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa rubber, Brembo brakes and Ohlins suspension.

Using the same SR designation as the company’s only other sportsbike, the CFMOTO 300SR, the new concept bike also features LED lighting and a sizable TFT dash.
CFMOTO appears to be making a big play in the sportsbike arena, with the brand set to enter the Moto3 world championship in 2022 aboard KTM-built machinery, and with the help of the Germany-based Pruestel GP team.
The capacity of the CFMOTO SR Vision concept is unknown, but it could possibly be a KTM-built single-cylinder sub-300cc machine, or even a mid-capacity supersport class bike.
A bigger-capacity superbike is not out of the question, but CFMOTO already has mid-capacity engine platforms to work with in the form of the 700 CL-X and the incoming 800MT adventure tourer. Both of those machines were heavily inspired by KTM.
Another possibility is that the new SR Vision will be simply a higher-spec version of the current 300SR. There have been whispers on the net of a 300SR-R version, with the extra R referring to a sportier and more race-orientated package.
Whatever the case, CFMOTO’s Australian arm has told us to expect a production model in 2022.
