Bimm in MotoGP this July?
It's only a wild and very woolly rumour at this stage, but the international race blogs are getting themselves worked up into a lather over the prospect of BMW unveiling its prototype MotoGP racer as early as the German race on July 16Sites such as Autoblog (www.autoblog.com) have been running pics claiming to be of Jeremy McWilliams testing a race prototype - which presumably is 800cc rather than the current standard 990, in anticipation of the class drop in engine capacity next year.
BMW has a fine tradition of leaking info over a very long lead time, so we wouldn't be getting too excited just yet...
