BEARS racing to get naked

MV Agusta has teamed up with BEARS Australia Motorcycle Racing Club and Trooper Lu's Garage for a new raffle, with the major prize an MV Agusta Brutale 1090R, which is worth a smidge under $20,000.

Tickets are priced from $50 and will limited to just 1000, improving the odds of winning.

As well as the main draw, second prize is a set of Ricondi R-Tech race leathers with Compression Suit and R-Tech gloves (RRP $1364) and third prize is a Shark Racer R helmet (RRP $650).

There are 10 runner up prizes too, consisting of clothing with Trooper Lu’s Garage logo.

Proceeds from the raffle will be used to assist motorcycle racing in Australia, specifically BEARS racing - BEARS stands for British, European, American Racers and Supporters.

"Trooper Lu's Garage is proud to support BEARS racing. It is an awesome way for anyone to get into racing at a social, fun level. From motards, nakeds, and older bikes right up to the latest machinery there is a class in BEARS," said Justin Chisholm from Trooper Lu’s Garage. "MV Agusta Imports has been a strong supporter of BEARS particularly in regards to offering the club this magnificent motorcycle as a prize.

"We are hoping this raffle will have a few positive effects. Firstly to help raise revenue for BEARS as running a club is not cheap. Secondly to showcase one of MV's flagship models and most of all put some lucky person on a brand new MV," added Chisholm.

The raffle will be drawn at the Australian Moto GP in October and the winners will be announced via the motorcycle media.
