2016 Kwaka Z800 hits the streets
New colours and keener pricing for Kawasaki's middleweight streetfighterKawasaki Motors Australia has announced that the 2016 Kawasaki Z800 ABS is now on sale at Kawasaki dealerships across Australia.
While the latest incarnation of the streetfighter is mechanically unchanged from its predecessor, the 2016 Z800 ABS is now available in a new colour scheme, while its list price has been reduced.
The model is now priced at $12,499 plus on-roads – that's $500 less than the previous model – and it comes in Candy Crimson Red/Metallic Spark Black.
With styling reminiscent of its bigger brother, the Z1000 ABS, the Z800 ABS is powered by an 806cc in-line four-cylinder engine that produces a claimed 113hp (83kW) at 10,200rpm and 83Nm at 8000rpm – all in a package weighing 231kg (wet).
