2012 Australian MotoGP VIP passes

Tickets for the Honda VIP Marquee have gone on sale, and are priced at just under $800 for a fully-catered three day pass

It's April now, and the Australia round of the MotoGP championship is not until late October, but tickets are already on sale for what should be a brilliant stoush between Stoner and Lorenzo.

Honda has released tickets to its VIP Marquee, costing $785 for a three day pass, and says that the tickets are " strictly limited" and that they "will sell out".

So for about $260 per day you get seats in the Honda VIP area located on Gardner Straight "with sweeping views of the circuit" reads to the press statement.

Premium comfort is being spruiked, as the marquee is fully catered with hot lunches, morning and afternoon tea, plus drinks and coffee. Alcoholic beverages not included, but there is a bar.

As part of the package, Honda is also adding a souvenir gift into the equation, and all VIP ticket holders are entitled to a Pit Walk, which grants rare insights into the MotoGP team garages.

The 2012 Australian MotoGP runs between October 26 and 28 at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, and Honda VIP Marquee tickets can be purchased online at Honda's ticketing website.

Honda has also announced that its annual Champions Dinner will take place in 2012, and will be on sale soon.
