YCF's new retro-inspired Sunday X 187 minibike

With clear design cues from Yamaha's legendary red and white YZ models, the new Sunday X 187 from YCF arrives Down Under in limited numbers

YCF has added a retro-themed model to its line-up with the new Sunday X 187, which takes obvious inspiration from Yamaha’s iconic YZ range.

The Sunday X 187 follows the launch of the Sunday X 124 range earlier this year. The new bike adds a Daytona Anima 190cc four-stroke engine, which YCF says delivers a “substantial step up in performance” over the 124.

Daytona Corp is a Japanese company that develops and sells motorcycle parts, including racing engines. The Anima 190 is a high-performance, four-stroke, four-valve, single-cylinder engine with a 62mm bore x 62mm stroke design.

In addition to the motor, the Sunday X 187 features gold aluminium rims, compression-adjustable fork caps, an ENGI rear shock, aluminium swingarm, YZ-inspired graphics, red fork gaiters, a thick red seat and hydraulic disc brakes.

Numbers are “strictly” limited worldwide, making the Sunday X 187 an exclusive addition to the YCF minibike range. The bike is priced from $5349.
