Yamaha's Biggest Ever Sale

With the end of the financial year looming, Yamaha is pulling out all the stops to woo potential new bike buyers with discounts, finance deals and free add-ons

Yamaha Motor Australia has unveiled details of its 'Biggest Ever Sale' promotion, which will see any Yamaha model purchased in the month of June 2012 through Yamaha Motor Finance (to approved purchasers) attract a super interest rate of just 5.99 per cent, with the rates fixed at up to 60 months.

But, as they say, that's not all -- Yamaha is also offering a wide raft of value-added extras, including cashback offers on selected models, free on-road costs on selected models, bonus accessores, fuel cards and more. The details of the individual offers are as follows:
  • Until June 30, the 'Wise Choose Yamaha' promo sees buyers score free power steering on the YFM450FAP quad and $500 cash back on the YFM450FA, YFM550FAP, YFM350A/FA, YFM700FAP and YXR700FA Rhino, with finance available at 5.99% over 60 months.
  • Until June 30, the 'YFM300A assist' promo will net buyers a $1000 saving on the YFM300A, which is going for $5999 rideaway.
  • Until July 31, TT-R230 buyers will get a free farm kit, worth $400.
  • Until June 30, the 'Traffic Lites' promo will see Yamaha cover the on-road costs of any new XC125 or YW125 purchased, and it will throw in an $85 fuel card.
  • Until August 31, the 'Piping Hot' promo will see new R1 and R6 buyers score a free GYTR muffler, plus a year's worth of full-comp insurance if the bike is financed through YMF.
  • Until July 31, the 'Black and Blue' promo will see buyers of the new WR250F get $750 cash back, plus they'll score Blue Knight plastics and a low 5.99% interest rate with 60-month terms.
  • Until July 31, the 'Gear Up for Adventure' promo will see XTZ1200 Super Tenere buyers score a free outback pack worth $2000, while XTZ660 Tenere buyers will score free accessories and gear to the tune of $660.
  • Until June 30, the 'LAMS Gear 2' promo will see buyers of the TT-R250, XT250, WR250X, YP400, XP500, XT660R, FZ6R, XJ6SL, XJ6NL, XVS650/A, XV250 and WR250R receive a $1 per cc retail value rebate on Ficeda accessories.
  • Until June 30, the 'Ride Free' promo will see Yamaha cover the on-road costs of any new MT-01/S, FZ8N/S, FZ1N/S, FJR1300A/AS or XJR1300 purchased, plus it will throw in a year's full-comp insurance if the bike is purchased through YMF.
  • Until June 30, the 'Daily Grind' promo see anyone who buys an XV250, YZF-R15 or YZF-R125 through YMF receive $200-worth of riding gear.
  • Until June 30, the 'First Team' promo will give YZ250F and YZ450F buyers $500 cash back.
  • Until August 24, the 'Play Dough' promo will give buyers of the PW50 $200 cash back, the TT-R50E $400 cash back, the TT-R110E $300 cash back, the TT-R125E/LWE $500 cash back, and the Raptor 90 and 125 $300 cash back.
