Yamaha has revealed its 2024 YZ motocross range, with a ’90s-inspired anniversary colour scheme available for the full-size machines.
Celebrating 50 years of the YZ moniker, the optional SP colour scheme uses white, purple, and pink elements as a direct throwback to the iconic styling of the early 1990s.
While most of the 2024 models have remained unchanged from a technical standpoint, the YZ250F has been updated, with Yamaha claiming it is a more powerful and lighter package.

The 2024 YZ250F follows a similar overhaul to the YZ450F for 2023, with a new intake path, revised ECU settings, and redesigned camchain for the engine, an all-new aluminium bilateral beam frame, revised KYB suspension settings, a new Power Tuner app, and slimmer body work.
Set to arrive in October 2023, the new YZ250F in the standard Team Yamaha Blue colour scheme will check in at $13,949. The SP 50th Anniversary edition will carry a price tag of $14,249.

Also available is the YZ125 ($11,799 standard, $12,099 anniversary), the YZ250 ($13,249 standard, $13,549 anniversary), and the YZ450F ($15,149 standard, $15,449 anniversary). The YZ250 is available now in both colourways, as is the standard YZ125 and YZ450F. The SP versions of the 125 and 450 will arrive in August 2023.
Other bikes available in Yamaha’s 2024 motocross range include the YZ65 ($7299), the YZ85 ($8649), and the YZ85LW ($9049). All three of those models are only available in Team Yamaha Blue and are on dealer floors now.
