Dorna and the FIM have announced that Chang International Circuit in Buriram, Thailand will join the world superbike calendar in 2015

Thailand has joined the world superbike calendar, and the 2015 round in Buriram will be held from March 20-22, 2015. The agreement is for an initial three-year contract.

Thailand will be the 24th country to be visited by the Superbike World Championship and represents a strategic market for the production-based  championship.

The Thai round is joining the list of the 12 events held in 2014 which are already confirmed for the next season. Dorna and FIM are still working closely on a final calendar for 2015. It will consist of a maximum of 15 rounds and will be published on November 18.

Chang International is a 4.554km high-speed circuit located in Buriram, one of the north-eastern provinces of Thailand.
