Would you like a spin around Laguna Seca?

There's a ride day coming up at the legendary circuit on May 28, 2012, catering for beginners right through to advanced punters

Have you witnessed some of the shenanigans – Rossi and Stoner spring to mind – served up at the infamous Corkscrew at Laguna Seca Raceway in California over the years?

Well, now it could be your turn to see what all the fuss is about, with spots now open for a track day at the circuit on May 28, 2012, complete with a race bike and “drill” class. Fuel, insurance and racing tyres are also included in the price.

The day will cater for novice riders, right through to intermediate and advanced -- the latter group supported via GPS data recording. The maximum number of participants is 10 per level.

The class is run by Can Akkaya, an ex-professional European championship racer and author of the Racers Story. For more information, including pricing, click here.

Meanwhile, if your budget can be stretched even further, immediately after Laguna Seca Superbike-Coach is offering a 10-day motorcycle tour through California, starting in San Francisco on May 29. For more information on that tour, click here.
