The company has launched swish Burt Munro-labelled timepieces, and you can win one!Indian Motorcycle Australia has launched a limited-edition range of watches.
The three timepieces, produced in collaboration with Baume & Mercier, highlight key models in Indian’s range and milestones in the company’s history. The watches are as follows:
• The Clifton Club Burt Munro Tribute;
• Clifton Club Scout; and
• The Clifton Club Chief.
Want to win the Burt Munro-badged watch, valued at $5500? Indian Motorcycle is running a competition through its Facebook page from August 2-22, 2018, which requires entrants to submit a creative photo of themselves with an Indian Motorcycle or product. The winner will be judged by Indian Motorcycle at 5:00pm on August 22, 2018.
The winner will also receive a return trip to the launch party of the watch range in Melbourne on Wednesday, September 5.
Burt Munro’s great-nephew Lee Munro will also be in Melbourne. Lee continues to honour Burt’s legacy on a specially developed Indian Scout based streamliner, the Spirit of Munro.
Alongside the Indian Motorcycle engineering team, Lee is attempting to break into the 200mph club at the 2018 Bonneville Speed Week in August. He reached 191.286mph at last year’s event.
