Wildcards open for Oz GP

Got what it takes to mix is with the big boys? Applications are now being accepted for wildcard entries to this year's Australian MotoGP round
Motorcycling Australia (MA) has announced that wildcard applications for the Australian round of the 2016 MotoGP Championship are now open.
Think you've got what it takes? A wildcard entry is a top opportunity to showcase your skill on the world stage.
Round 16 of the MotoGP Championship will be held at Victoria's Phillip Island circuit from October 21-23.

Riders wishing to apply for a wildcard position in the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 races may now do so by downloading the application form in the 'Forms' section of the MA website. Click here to download the form.

Applications must be received by the close of business on Monday, August 1, 2016.
Motorcycling Australian also says the decision to apply for a wildcard slot shouldn't be taken lightly.
"Applicants are advised that there is a substantial cost involved when applying for a FIM wildcard," it says.
All enquiries and completed forms should be sent to:
