Video: Bourne to ride

The Bourne Legacy movie contains an action packed motorcycle chase scene that could trump all others... Take a look and decide for yourself

Film makers, script writers and creative types tend to use motorcycles in film to represent freedom, liberty and a sense of free will, but the latest film to feature some motorcycle action is all about the chase.

This video of part of the motorcycle chase scene in The Bourne Legacy, the fourth film in the 'Bourne' franchise, promises to deliver a creative use of the motorcycle, as the film's protagonist, Aaron Cross, an ex-CIA agent with extremely good motorcycle riding skills attempts to outrun the cops.

The teaser video shows some seriously off-the-wall stunts, beginning with some trials-inspired moves (two-up) on a dirt bike, and one particularly interesting belly pan 'grind' down a stair rail.

Scooters, cruisers, and dirt bikes are seen in the clip, and the early buzz around the film is very positive. The Bourne Legacy hits cinemas on August 16, 2012, in Australia.

This could be shaping up to be one of the best motorcycle stunt/chase scenes in recent movie history...
