A limited-edition badge “inspired by the most famous street signs in the world's glamour capitals” -- Milan. Less than 50 units will be available in Australia
Vespa has released the limited-edition GTV300-based “Vie Della Moda”, with less than 50 versions of the scooter to be sold in Australia.
According to Vespa, the badge is “inspired by the most famous street signs in the world's glamour capitals.”
The new model is painted in the "Marrone Etna" (Volcanic Earth) colour and is powered by a 300cc liquid-cooled four-stroke four-valve engine which has electronic injection and is Euro3 compliant.
Other features on the Tuscan-built scooter include the front mudguard-mounted headlight and chrome-finished five-spoke wheels.
Price is $9490.
Meanwhile, on sale in September, 2012 will be the Vespa GTS 300ie Super Sport special edition, which will be recognisable by the "S" on the front shield and a burnished "Super Sport" on the leg-shield back plate.
Colour is orange and it will be priced at $8290, $300 more than the regular GTS300 Super ($7990).
