Full 24-hour roadside assist for all its motorcyclesUrban Moto Imports has added an extra level of care for its customers, with the announcement of full roadside assistance for the length of the new motorcycle warranty.
The new Urban Moto Premium Assist program covers all brands imported by UMI, including Benelli, Bimota, Confederate, Erik Buell Racing and Viper and is effective as soon as the new owner rides out of the showroom.
UMI says the program has been designed to ensure the best possible ownership experience for premium motorcycle buyers covering everything from simply running out of fuel or a flat battery to motorcycle towing, arranging a rental vehicle and even overnight accommodation.
According to Joseph Elasmar, CEO of Urban Moto Imports the program has been initiated to enhance the experience of owning some of the most exclusive motorcycles in the world.
"It raises the level of customer support making it akin to owning a premium prestige car and when you are investing in a high end premium motorcycle that is what should expect," said Joseph Elasmar.
"It is a matter of enhancing the ownership experience making you love your new premium motorcycle even more," he said.
New owners will receive a welcome pack, which includes a unique membership card and policy booklet giving a full rundown of the program.
Based in Melbourne Urban Moto Imports handles the distribution for Italian marques Benelli and Bimota as well as exclusive US manufacturers EBR (Erik Buell Racing), Viper and Confederate.
