Headlining the changes is the addition of a new Braktec hydraulic clutch system, which Husqvarna says ensures ‘light action with perfect progression and reliable performance in all conditions’. The hydraulic system is self-adjusting and largely maintenance-free.
A new Braktec brake system has also been added to the 2022 bikes, which is complemented by high-performance GSK wave discs.
Elsewhere, the WP Xplor fork and XACT rear shock have also been revised, with the shock valve seals featuring reduced hardness for improved feedback and consistent damping performance. The TE 250i also has revised final drive gearing for improved low-end response.
Like previous years, the Husky enduro models are packed with electronic features including the latest electronic fuel injection technology. The four-stroke models feature two switchable engine maps and traction control, while the two-stroke models also feature two switchable ignition curves.
In the style department, the 2022 models feature new colours, trims and graphics, while maintaining a classic Swedish-inspired design.
While the new Husqvarna TE and FE range is available internationally, exact arrival dates and pricing for Australia is yet to be formally announced.
