The Triumph Tiger Sport 660 has followed the lead of its Trident sibling, with the LAMS-approved tourer gaining new technology for 2025.
Set to arrive in Australia from “early 2025” with a rideaway price tag of $15,890, the new Tiger Sport 660 will come with a quickshifter, a new “Sport” ride mode, cruise control, and cornering ABS and traction control all as standard.
Unlike the Trident, however, the Tiger Sport will only be available in LAMS-guise, with Triumph opting not to offer an unrestricted full-power version in Australia.
The Trident roadster had previously been available only in LAMS, but Triumph will offer the full-power version from 2025 onwards.
Both the Tiger Sport and Trident models are former bikesales Learner Bike of the Year winners and are characterised by the brand’s strong three-cylinder engine platform.
The Trident was introduced in 2021, with the Tiger Sport following in 2022. A third 660 model, the Daytona 660 sportsbike, arrived earlier this year.
