Triumph Tiger 800 and Tiger 800XC model motorcycles marketed in Australia
Identifying features
Campaign number: 430
Target number: 182
What is the hazard?
The centrestand may contact the road surface during use, increasing the potential for an accident.
What is the defect?
The centre stand return spring has been seen to fracture.
What should consumers do?
Owners of affected motorcycles will be contacted by letter. Owners are advised to contact their authorised Triumph dealership for inspection and replacement of the return spring, if necessary.

Engine may stall on deceleration.
