Triumph will offer a limited-edition line-up of ultra-premium motorcycles from this year onwards called Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) models. It has kicked off proceedings with the release of 750 examples of the Triumph Thruxton TFC and, just to ensure it has your attention, has released images of what it's calling the Concept Rocket TFC, a model set to be officially released on May 1.
As well as the Thruxton TFC boasting gold-coloured TFC badges, it's likely to gain around 10 more horsepower than the standard 1200cc version, plus top-shelf Öhlins and Brembo componentry and a dual titanium Vance & Hines exhaust system with carbon-fibre end caps.
The model is finished off with a billet machined top yoke which has been individually numbered and a signed letter of authentication.

Rumoured for some time, the official unveiling of 2020 version on the firm's Rocket III is still over three months away, but Triumph has revealed it will form part of the premium TFC range when it comes to market.
There are no specifics around the yet-to-be-revealed triple-cylinder machine, except that it will have an interchangeable dual or single seat set-up. However, Triumph has described it as "the ultimate motorcycle with world-beating performance, cutting-edge technology, muscular presence and unique engineering innovations".
At the moment there's no word on price on either of the newly announced TFC machines, or how many of the 750 Thruxton models will make it Down Under. Watch this space…
