Anyone considering the purchase of a new Triumph Tiger Explorer, Tiger 800, Tiger 800 XC, Speed Triple or Speed Triple R is in luck, because Triumph Australia has just announced a raft of price reductions and value-added offers concerning these models.
Buy a Tiger Explorer before November 30, 2012, and Triumph will throw in a set of factory panniers, valued at $1100, for nothing. The adventure bike bonuses extend to the Tiger 800 and Tiger 800 XC, too, because both models have had their prices reduced. Effective immediately, the Tiger 800 has been reduced by $900 while the ABS version has been reduced by $1400. The Tiger 800 XC has been reduced by $800, and its ABS version has been reduced by $1300. This means the Tiger 800 and Tiger 800 ABS now retail for $13,490 (plus on-roads) and $13,990 (plus on-roads) respectively, while the Tiger 800 XC and Tiger 800 XC ABS retail for $15,490 (plus on-roads) and $15,990 (plus on-roads) respectively.
Meanwhile, for those who prefer their two-wheeled thrills firmly on the bitumen, the Speed Triple and Speed Triple ABS have both had their prices reduced by $1150, while the price of the Speed Triple R ABS has been reduced by a hefty $1300. That means the Speed Triple family is priced between $15,990 (plus on-roads) and $20,990 (plus on-roads).
