Triple treat from MV?

Rumours say factory is going mid-sized

Australian Motorcycle News reports that MV Agusta may be working on a three-cylinder 675 super sports machine, along the lines of Triumph Daytona.

It says rumours from Europe claim the recent injection of funds from the sale of Husqvarna to BMW have allowed it to progress with the project.

The machine is said to exist in mock-up form and is likely to run a smaller version of the company's trademark radial valve engine.

We're also being told the company is working on a new 750 engine for the Brutale (could this also be a triple?), and will fit the old one-litre engine to the premium version in place of the 910 powerplant.

Meanwhile Motorcyclists-Online says a restyle of its iconic F4 range is on the way, and is running this design study (in black -- the current bike is in red) as a possible replacement.
