A federal election fought on key issues rather than personal attacks. Sorry, I digress…. New dealerships opening up, as the retail climate continues to be extremely tough, with margins and profits being squeezed every step of the way.

In Victoria, I’m pretty certain we won’t see a reduction in revenue generated through fixed and mobile speed cameras. Under pressure to post a budget surplus, in 2012 the Victorian Baillieu government saw fit to raise speeding fines and other penalties, helping it to stay in the black by the barest of margins. It’s all about road safety, though…
