I would love to see an initiative that gets kids back in to the sport. Motocross, speedway, trials -- it doesn’t matter. When I grew up there was a Yamaha YZ80 or a Suzuki RM parked in every second garage. Let’s put our thinking caps on and work out a way to grow the sport from the grass roots. Venues are disappearing and Xbox consoles are rampant. I wish I had the answer to solve this issue simply, but as we know you have to earn the good things in life and giving kids more opportunity to try motorcycles in my opinion will benefit the community in the long run.
