Some days you're riding along, obeying the road laws, and then suddenly you get cut off by another motorist who proceeds to take offense at your angry gesticulations.
The resulting stoush lasts several sets of lights and ends with damage your ego (and sometimes your helmet).
It's times like these that perhaps the Murdercycle would have been a better option for transport…
Fans of the Resident Evil videogames and movies will be familiar with the Murdercycle, essentially a motorcycle equipped with various firearms.
It looks like a V-twin custom chopper (with lots of unique metal) and is being made by Savage Cycles for Capcom, the Japanese company behind the million-selling videogame franchise.
The Murdercycle is a post apocalyptic zombie murdering machine but with its compliment of shotgun, hand-gun, grenade launcher, combat knife and zombie spikes, it would be just as handy in everyday traffic as it is in dispatching the undead.
Thus far, Savage Cycles is about half way through the build, which will eventually sport a fully armoured front wheel with which to better crush through zombie bones.
There will be a small production run of the Murdercycle built by Maryland-based Savage Cycles in the USA, due to hit the road in January.
Pricing has not been announced, but if zombies and/or overzealous motorists plague the world, it'll surely be money well spent.
