The TGB Bullet sounds like a high speed European train, but in this instance we're talking about a trendy little scooter. And it's now offered in Australia with a larger engine size. Meet the new TGB Bullet 150.
TGB's Bullet 125 scooter was released earlier in the year, and now gets a bigger brother in the form of the 150cc model, which delivers a number of updates to the scoot and is priced at $3390 plus on road costs.
As well as more power, up from 6.4kW in the 125 to 7.5kW in the 150 -- which TGB says is good for 100km/h commuting on the freeway -- there are a number of styling updates as well.
For example the TGB Bullet 150's front end has been redesigned, complete with the new headlight assembly, and other changes include a new wave disc brake at the front wheel, and newly designed brake light plus different colours and graphics.
Built in Taiwan, the TGB Bullet 150 also features a new instrument panel with a larger tacho and comes with a two year parts and labour warranty.
TGB says it will continue to offer the Bullet 125cc (125cc $2990 plus on road costs) along with its new sibling the Bullet 150, giving buyers more choice.
