Italian motorcycle manufacturer SWM has updated its enduro range for 2021, with the RS 300R and RS 500R each receiving a makeover.
Headlining the changes for the affordable bush-bashing pair is a striking new black and yellow livery, as well as an updated throttle map for smoother power delivery.
The four-stroke machines are priced at $8590 (plus ORC) and $9290 (plus ORC) respectively and will be available from Australian SWM dealers from December.

The SWM RS 300R is powered by a 297cc four-stroke single that provides mid-sized versatility while still packing a decent punch. It’s bigger sibling, the RS 500R uses a 501cc engine that is perfect for big open trails and desert tracks.
Both machines benefit from Euro 4 engine mapping, a strengthened sub frame, new plastics, new headlight, new indicators, and fresh seat ergonomics for enhanced comfort.

Carrying over from previous years is Mikuni fuel injection, KYB suspension, Brembo brakes and Michelin Enduro Competition IV tyres. Fuel capacity is 7.2 litres for both machines.
SWM, or Speedy Working Motors, as it was once known, is a historic Italian manufacturer that has been revived in recent years. The bikes are built at the company’s facility in the Lombardia region of Italy. The bikes are backed by a six-month parts and labour warranty.
