One of Suzuki’s most iconic models is back in Australia for 2026 and is now available in a new “Special Edition” variant.
However, with most of the local allocation for the Hayabusa Special Edition already pre-sold, Suzuki says only eight units will be available to the public.
Online purchases will open on May 8, 2026 at 12pm AEST, with the limited run available via the Suzuki Australia website's “Build Your Bike” function.

The Suzuki Hayabusa Special Edition features exclusive styling and detailing, including a distinctive wheel finish, dedicated badging, an anodised muffler end cap, anodised heat guard, and a seat cowl fitted as standard.
Pricing starts at $29,990 ride away, placing it at a $1,000 premium over the standard Hayabusa, which is available in Metallic Galaxy Grey/Candy Burnt Gold and Candy Darling Red/Glass Sparkle Black paint schemes.
The standard Hayabusa remains largely unchanged from previous years.
