Suzuki Inazuma rideaway offer

The Japanese company’s entry-level, learner-approved twin-cylinder machine is now better value than ever following a permanent price drop

Suzuki has lowered the price of its GW250 Inazuma – which in Japanese means 'the lightening that strikes in a thunderstorm' commuter to $4990 rideaway, down from $4990 plus on-road costs. The rideaway deal was initially a temporary one until June 30, 2014, but it is now a permanent arrangement.

The Inazuma has a liquid-cooled, SOHC, in-line twin-cylinder engine with a six-speed transmission, and there’s a balance shaft to iron out the vibes.

There’s seven-way preload adjustable rear suspension, and other features include a 780mm seat height, passenger grab rail, dual chromed mufflers and a comprehensive instrument panel with digital gear indicator, maintenance reminders, three-mode rpm indicator (Normal, Eco and Off modes).

The livery is metallic triton blue / pearl glacier white, and is backed by Suzuki's two-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.

Meanwhile, Suzuki has extended the $2250 bonus offer on its RM-Z250 and RM-Z450 motocross machines until August 31, 2014.
