Suzuki DR150 headed for Australia in 2026

Following in the footsteps of bigger DR models, this new small-capacity machine is another offering in Suzuki's dual sport lineup

Suzuki has announced a new cheap-as-chips, small-capacity dual-sport model aimed at farmers, recreational riders and learners.

The all-new Suzuki DR150 is expected to arrive in Australian dealerships from April with a bargain ride-away price of $3290.

It’s powered by a 149cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces a modest but efficient 11.8hp and 11.6Nm. The motor is paired with a five-speed transmission and is designed for low-rev performance and ease of use.

Taking inspiration from its bigger DR siblings, the new DR150 comes equipped with both electric and kick start, 19- and 17-inch wheels wrapped in semi dual-sport tyres, and disc (front) and drum (rear) brakes.
Other features include a digital instrument display, a 12.5L fuel tank, and a high-tensile steel frame that contributes to a wet weight of just 139kg.

The bike also has an 839mm seat height and 244mm of ground clearance, which should help instill confidence in less experienced riders.
