Celebrating 100 years since it became a corporation, Suzuki is producing a series of 100th Anniversary GSX-R models.
Encompassing the 2021 GSX-R1000R, 2021 GSX-R750 and 2021 GSX-R600, the 100th Anniversary range will arrive in Australia in January 2021, with each bike featuring a MotoGP-inspired livery.
Australia will only get a small number of the limited-edition models. The GSX-R1000R anniversary edition checks in at $26,990 ride away, and will be limited to just 30 units in Australia.

The GSX-R750 anniversary edition is limited to 50 units in Australia and carries a price tag of $17,490 ride away. And the GSX-R600 anniversary edition will set punters back $16,490 and is limited to just 10 units in Australia.
Suzuki Australia has also stated that orders for this range will be taken exclusively via the Build Your Bike feature on the Suzuki Australia website.
The MotoGP livery harks back to the early Suzuki Grand Prix machines of the 1960s. Team Suzuki ECSTAR is running the livery in the 2020 MotoGP season, and this design has carried over to the anniversary bikes.
Suzuki Loom Works was founded in 1909 by Micho Suzuki, but in 1920, in the coastal town of Hamamatsu, the bold decision to turn Suzuki Loom Works into a joint-stock company. It became Suzuki Loom Manufacturing and it is that milestone that Suzuki is celebrating in 2020.
