Survive the ride
A NSW-based website has taken an interesting approach to motorcycle safety, with the co-operation of several municipal councils and Stay Upright.Called Survive the Ride, it offers a wealth of resources on a risk management approach to your riding, along with an invitation to a series of theory nights across Sydney.
Channel 10's Tim Webster - a Harley rider - is the patron.
Several sections of the site are still under construction, but this is one well worth keeping an eye on. See www.survivetheride.org.au.
