Stunt champ headlines Briz Show
The Brisbane Motorcycle sExpo went off with a bang last week, featuring the talents of world stunt champion Chris Pfeiffer, plus the antics of a Yamaha-backed freestyle motocross crew.Pfeiffer's efforts on his BMW 800 twin are nothing short of staggering and we'll be featuring an profile of the gent in next week's edition of Bikepoint.
Meanwhile a number of new releases were featured, including Yamaha's all-new R1, which boasts fly-by-wire throttle, a completely revised four-valve powerplant and many other goodies.
Triumph showed off its new Tiger and Sprint ST, while MV Agusta unveiled a new-gen F4 1000.
Suzuki's new twin-pipe GSX-R1000 also broke cover for the event.
And just to liven things up, Honda was showing off a CB1300 with a dirty great turbocharger hidden under the swingarm mount, claiming well in excess of 200 ponies. They've threatened us with a ride, so watch this space…
