Special Harley-Davidson Low Rider El Diablo revealed for 2022
The 2022 Harley-Davidson Low Rider El Diablo harks back to the iconic FXRT and the 1980s countercultureHarley-Davidson has unveiled a new limited-edition model that acts as a nod to the counterculture of Southern California in the 1980s.
The 2022 Harley-Davidson Low Rider El Diablo adds an exclusive custom paint job and a high-quality audio system by Rockford Fosgate.

Part of the Icons Collection, the Low Rider El Diablo brings all the features of the recent Low Rider ST, including the Softail chassis, the Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-twin powertrain, hard side bags, and a frame-mounted fairing.
Only 1500 examples will be built, with the bike carrying a ride away price tag of $39,995 in Australia and $42,750 in New Zealand.
“The Low Rider El Diablo is a modern expression of the iconic 1983 Harley-Davidson FXRT and a representation of the creative times it was born in,” said Brad Richards, Vice President of Design and Creative Director at H-D.
The Icons Collection sees one new limited-edition model debut annually, with each model only produced once and in limited numbers. The Icons models are inspired by historic and popular models, with the El Diablo joining the 2021 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Revival in the series.
It is unclear how many Low Rider El Diablo units will be allocated to Australia and New Zealand, however the first examples are expected reach H-D dealerships in Spring 2022.
