Sherco has introduced another electric balance bike to its range, with the EB18 Factory Edition acting as the flagship of the EB series.
The Sherco EB18 Factory Edition checks in with a recommended retail price of $1990 ride away, offering exceptional value for young riders and their parents.
Suitable for riders aged 8-10, the EB18 is powered by a 36V 500W brushless hub drive motor that is regulated by three power modes that offer different speeds.
The Low power mode has a max of 15km/h, the Medium power mode has a max of 22km/h, and the High power mode has a max of 30km/h. Riders can easily cycle through the modes, while safety is handled by a kill switch and a lanyard.
Boasting components typically found in high-end mountain bike brands, the EB18 Factory Edition features front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, adjustable suspension, and a robust aluminium frame.
Additionally, the bike has alloy wire-spoked rims, 18 x 2.5-inch tyres, premium handlebar and pegs, and a height adjustable seat.
Charging is courtesy of a typical Australian 240V household charger, with an estimated recharge time of 2-3 hours. A quick-change spare battery is also available as an option.
