SBS to air World Supers highlights
A series of 30-minute highlights of each 2012 World Superbike round is set to air on SBS, with the Aussie round to be featured on Sunday, April 8Free-to-air television network SBS is airing a 30-minute, round-by-round programme of highlights taken from this year's Superbike World Championship.
The coverage begins this Sunday (April 8) at 2pm, with a half-hour package of highlights from rounds one and two of the championship, held at Phillip Island, Australia, and Imola, Italy, respectively.
For all remaining rounds of the championship, the highlights will be broadcast on the Sunday following each race day at 2pm.
The programme schedule is as follows:
- Sunday, April 8 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 1, Australia (Phillip Island) & Round 2, Italy (Imola)
- Sunday, April 29 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 3, The Netherlands (Assen)
- Sunday, May 13 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 4, Italy (Monza)
- Sunday, May 20 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 5, Europe (Donington Park)
- Sunday, June 3 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 6, USA (Salt Lake City)
- Sunday, June 17 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 7, San Marino (Misano)
- Sunday, July 8 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 8, Spain (Aragon)
- Sunday, July 29 -- 2:00pm-2:30: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 9, Czech Republic (Brno)
- Sunday, August 12 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 10, United Kingdom (Silverstone)
- Sunday, September 2 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 11, Russia (Moscow)
- Sunday, September 16 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 12, Germany (Nurburgring)
- Sunday, September 30 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 13, Portugal (Algrave)
- Sunday, October 14 -- 2:00pm-2:30pm: FIM Superbike World Championship Round 14, France (Magny-Cours)
